"I used to work at Dickinson Fleet services for about 2 years then I work for Ryder trunk repair at there service center for about 13 years then Dickinson bought the service center from Ryder trunk rental after about 2 years I lift ther after they cut my pay an then my job for no reason at all my name Bill Thompson"
"They literally almost put me out of business. It took them 3 weeks to fix a $500 repair. They where waiting 3 weeks on a $15 part, they said was supposed to be backorder nation wide. I found the part in 5 min after I took over the search. There is no communication they will eventually start screening your calls. Good luck!"
"Repair shop is Insanely overpriced. I took my reefer trailer there initially for interior wall fixes and a DOT. Very convenient location for me. Wall fixes were decent, but after 2 months of waiting, many areas were still not fixed and they wanted $2500 to change out all the brakes to pass a DOT. The brakes were good and not needing any work (I am a mechanic) so, not DOT. 4 months later I take trailer in for bent landing leg. After a week of no response, I stopped by and got quoted $10,000 + for repair, plus 1 - 2 months repair time. Unhappy with the quote, I took to another shop. Got it repaired for $3500 total, 2 week turn-around , AND they added trailer skirts for that price! So glad I went elsewhere. Final though: my quote was 400-500% overpriced, bill padding, and slow response times. Will not have any more work attempted there. Sorry to say as this shop is so close to me. It pays to shop around!"
