I was travelling across the USA for a month when the zipper on my expensive suitcase burst. Everyone was telling me to get a new suitcase but I found this shop online and visited. Within 20 minutes my suitcase zipper was fixed and I had my beloved suitcase back. And it only cost $10...mind blown! I decided to take it on an internal flight for a test run before trusting it on my international flights back home. Now there has been a week delay after repair because only the owner will ship it back to me per the guy who answers the phone. The owner is never there. TravelPro luggage. TravelPro website and customer service is horrible too. On the website it says don’t call us! Both are very poor in customer satisfaction."

"This is the second time I’ve use this luggage repair store. Both times the work they did was excellent. They had to fabricate a piece of metal to repair the handle on my largest Hartman bag. The leather was torn around the area where it attached to the bag. When I got it back, the leather was perfect and it looked like new!"
