"Go up the street to LD repair lville hwy, checks for free and reasonable pricing & good service.. this location - Fixed my moms tv and she has to stand up close to the tv for the remote to work.. he said “it’s been like that”! Didn’t fix mine bc he wanted $200 when the tv only cost me $250. Mostly everything he quotes for $150. He charges $50 to check them out, LD charged nothing. Then quoted me $80 less to fix it, go up the street!"

"Rude. They obviously don’t care for the money because if they did they wouldn’t be so rude. I called to make an inquiry and they were completely dismissive, said they cant tell me anything unless i bring the TV in. Which I completely get, a professional won’t really say whats wrong unless they do a proper diagnostics, thats fine but professionals will be polite about it, give more guidance. I kept trying to tell him I already know what the issue is, can i have a ballpark number of what they typically charge for this common issue so I don’t waste my time and theirs. Point is I’m not particularly attached to the TV i wanted to know if repairs will cost me a couple hundreds then id rather get a new one, Instead this man (practically shouting) that unless i brought the tv in he can’t help. Anyway whatever, rude guy… If you’re reading this i called 3 other places in the area and they charge less than HALF of what these guys are charging to take a look at your tv and give you a diagnostic. And they are polite. Save your money and save yourself from frustration."
