"Andres was wonderful!! So nice and thorough. Even though it turned out to be an easy fix he still took the time to check the unit and the other thermostat to make sure the settings were right. Will definitely request him to come back if I have any issues."

"The initial visit was to have a tune up performed...that never happened... At first I thought I was fine with Fred's visit until the domino effect occurred. 1. I received the email that was not detailed enough and then just because of some repairs needed (which, after a second opinion seemed embellished) . I called Fred and asked for a more complete version and was told I received what I needed. I was not emailed any of the pictures to show proof. 2. While on site, he never checked the outside unit but stated I needed a new as well as my inside unit. 3. After he was done, Wes (sales guy) came out and where I felt like I was at a timeshare...it was entirely the same set up. 4. I reached out later that night to Wes and asked for more updated information to show the warranted need for a new system. He never did send it. 5. I asked for my service fee to be returned as a tune up was never performed....no response again! Erick Gordon service manager sent me an email that was laughable with no real invoice just the worded version of what was told to me and sent by Fred. I emailed Erick back and asked for details of why it was suggested for me to purchase a new system….He never responded to me."

"If I were able to give 10 Stars, I most certainly would. From start to finish the representative & the installer's were phenomenal! They all were so friendly, professional & enjoy their profession's. I will definitely refer this company to all that are in need of their services. The owner/management of this company should be extremely proud, it's very rare you find a top notch company that goes above and beyond. Thank you all for your assistance."

"On Thursday 27th of July had an issue with the Hvac that turned off randomly that night. Turns out the furnace plate was filled with water and float switch was activated. Called the ARS and schedule me someone for the next day. Technician Roderick Goodrum came in at 12:40 when the schedule window was b 8-12 pm. Then he proceeded to go in the attic, "fixed" the problem temporarily and advised I needed a new unit. That following night, came in to check on the furnace, water had overflown and went all over the insulation and bathroom ceiling (bathroom is what's under the furnace) also everything will be attached with pictures. After seeing the water overflown, i turned off the breakers and called ARS once again, they proceeded to schedule me now for Saturday morning. Saturday morning came and they callled me saying they were "overbooked" and weren't able to help. Called in a separate company to come in that same day and they advised me that someone had placed a jump start cable on the furnace which is why the furnace never turned off when the water hit the float switch. (Picture will be attached) Secondly they cleaned out the drain because it was clogged and lastly they advised my unit still has about 5-7 more years. In conclusion ARS and Roderick not only didn't fix the problem, they made it 10x worse and they wanted to solve the issue by selling me a new unit. Wouldn't recommend a company that looks just for the money rather than help their customers."

"Worst company ever. Highly recommend you STAY AWAY from these people! I had a new unit installed October 2022. The guys who installed it checked the heat, left their trash, and never tested the cool air. Now I am 5 calls in with these people still having issues with the cool air that they initially tried to get me to pay for. Absolute worse company ever. They scheduled me tried to cancel the SAME day. They schedule me from 12pm-5pm had a lady call at 4:30pm saying the technician was on his way and never showed up, didn’t even get a call. Again STAY AWAY from this company. The owner of this company should be ashamed of how bad work is done."
