"Chad and his team are outstanding. I initially hired them for my AC service contract, but a year later my old system finally quit (right before Summer). Got a few quotes and Innovative Mechanical was competitively priced and was willing to credit me for some work they had done about 8 months earlier. Here's where the excellence customer service comes into play, my AC started failing Wednesday and they came out Friday to give me a quote. Chad was really thorough on discussing my old system (nearly 25 yrs old) and what to look for in a new system. They fortunately had a cancellation and was able to start the replacement that Tuesday. Wednesday they were installing the units and ran into a few unforeseen issues (supply chain and old installation challenges). They stayed until almost 11 p.m. (with discussion of how late they could work) to ensure the upstairs AC was working so it would be cool to sleep. Came back on Thursday and finished everything up. Chad even called his team at 9:30 that night to see if they could finish because if not he would bring over a plug-in cooling unit. They are a small, independently run company and you can tell by their true care for their customers."
