"We are very disappointed with the service, or lack there of. We called them out to correct the low water pressure on our tub. The service tech said a replacement valve was needed. That was done and the water pressure remained the same. After a repeat visit, they said it was at the correct PSI. They charged $379 for our water pressure to remain exactly the same. If they operated with any level of integrity, they would have told us no repair was needed and not defrauded us of our money."
"Old fashion customer service is so rare & appreciated nowadays! Morgan was professional, & even before I asked, he made sure to see if old garbage disposal could be fixed before replacing with a new one. Within 5 minutes, he had the disposal back operating & doubled checked it, too. He gave me helpful suggestions to keep it clear/clean. And, I can return the one I bought to install. Save me money & time!! Greatly appreciated!!"
