"Took a long time to get the parts they needed for my mower. I did w/o it for many weeks. They got it working. For a reasonable price. OK. Finally got it back and it was filthy, complete layer of dirt and grime all over! From the engine... to the plastic cover inside AND out. From the seat and steering wheel cover to the wheels. Just spent 2 hours washing it and still need to figure out how to deep clean grime off plastic. Come on. Went in clean should come out clean. I think they do good repair work but gotta be more customer focused."

"I needed a drive belt to be installed on my mower and also wanted the deck or the blades leveled. Hwy 9 Mowers picked my mower up on Friday morning and on Saturday they brought it back ready to go. I used it today and had the most perfect cut. Everyone that I dealt with was very courteous and they did exactly what I’d ask for. The man that picked it up and dropped it off also went above and beyond, he worked very hard to load it on the trailer because it wouldn’t run. I highly recommend them if you need any lawn mower repairs."

"I dropped off my leaf blower to be repaired on July 29. I was told by Lori that it would be 5-7 working days to get back. I called back on August 15th to check status as I had not received any updates and discovered they had not even looked at it. I attempted to ask Lori if they were too busy to just let me pick up the blower and I will take it to another service provider. Lori was not interested in listening to me and instead just wanted to tell me about all of the problems they were having at their business that were causing delays. I asked to speak to the owner (Bob) and she said that he was not available and could not be contacted. She was extremely rude, and not interested in being part of the solution. After two more weeks I finally got in touch with Bob who was able to get my blower repaired. It took over a month and $170 to get my carburetor replaced on my blower. If you want to experience terrible customer service with an extremely long service time to get your equipment repaired this is the place to go. Proceed with caution if you decide to do business with this company."
