"The technician showed up on time and was very professional and friendly for routine maintenance. After he finished and left the system came on and was making an unusually loud noise so I had to call him back to fix what he had done. I would think that a tech would test the system to make sure things work as advertised after they work on it. All the tech did was pull the fan and clean it. He didn’t check the dampers or do any system checks. He only cleaned one unit and didn’t touch the other. When a company calls and says it’s time for a maintenance check to ensure the system is running as required they should send a tech out that will do that. I had to call the technician back last fall after the last maintenance check because the system malfunctioned after he left. Again, everyone is professional and nice."
"The best! I have a maintenance plan with them and anytime I have had an issue they are Johnny on the spot and have been able to quickly identify the problem and get it fixed. I'll be holding on to this one for sure. Great customer service and competent technicians."
"The scheduling and Tech team are both responsive as they followed up on this job in a timely manner through diagnosis, ordering of parts and scheduling/fixing until job was completed. So far, I haven’t experienced any problems and I hope it’s going to stand the test of time. The tech guy is particularly good and patient to explain what he thought might be the problem that might be going on with the unit."
"The technician was polite and friendly. In fact, he called an hour before my scheduled appt.window period of 3 hours to ask if I was available for him to come sooner which was perfect for me. He arrived and explained what entailed the maintenance visit. Very efficient and excellent customer service !"
"I've been a loyal customer for two years now and I have never been disppointed! My 2 units were recently serviced for annual maintenance and given a clean bill op health. The service guy (sorry I don't remember his name) was on-time, professional and displayed thorough knowledge in his skill. He gave me a verbal report on his service and found no issues. Because of this level of service I have complete trust with their technicians. You will too!"
