"I called this mobile tire place so they took my location and information including my card details and told me that I won't be charged until my service has been completed, also told me that they will text ETA within 15-20 minutes, of which I showed a little concern that 20 minutes is a bit too much just to get an ETA, and still have to wait out the ETA, but I have little option. After well over 45 minutes, no ETA yet so I called, someone else picked and put me on hold to get an ETA for another 10 minutes. I dropped the call and called back for the third time, a lady picked the phone and told me that they're still waiting on an ETA. At this point, I told her to cancel the order and she goes "wait a minute, the driver just text now and said ETA is 30-40 minutes." But I told her that I don't believe her. I would like to cancel the order. Then she said I will be charged $50 for cancellation... Excuse me? They're not honest. Please don't leave your card information with them no matter how they convince you. I have just called another mobile tire ETA was provided instantly and he just pulled up now."

"On Monday 4th September 2023 I needed a tire replacement on my 2020 Nissan Versa S. Since it was a public holiday, most tire replacement establishments were closed. The car had suffered a flat tire to its rear left tire, over the weekend during a Turo Rental trip, and was driving on a full-size donut. Therefore, I searched online, hoping to find an open shop. I discovered I&I Tire Repair, a mobile tire repair and installation company. We discussed pricing for the installation of a brand-new tire on the existing wheel, which would then need to be mounted onto the car by their technician. I inquired whether the new tire came with a warranty, to which I was told yes. The representative explained that their new tires came with a warranty but their used tires did not. I asked him to place the full-size donut back into the trunk after mounting the wheel with the new tire, which he did. The entire process took less than an hour. However, neither myself nor the technician test drove the car prior to his departure. His van had been blocking the driveway and I trusted the work was satisfactorily completed. The first time I drove the car was the next day, Tuesday 5th September, at 6:30PM. I took my truck to work that day. I noticed an unusual rubbing noise that had not been present while operating the vehicle while on the full-sized donut or the previous blown tire. I called the technician directly via his mobile number, who told me to call the company directly. I asked if it was safe to drive the vehicle and was told the noise was probably nothing significant. I called the company directly over the next few days but was unable to speak with anyone. Finally, On Saturday Morning (9/9/2023), I called to inquire about the noise again and finally spoke to someone. The customer representative (a woman) took down my information and told me someone would reach out to me later that day. However, no one contacted me for the remainder of the day from the company. The car was rented out that evening to a young mother and her toddler child on the Turo Platform. I informed her of the noise and that the technician said it was not a significant concern out of an abundance of caution. On Sunday afternoon (9/6/2023) at 5:00PM, the renter contacted me in a panic. She was driving to the Perimeter Mall in Sandy Springs when the rear left wheel suddenly came loose from the vehicle in the middle of the highway, which caused her to lose control of the vehicle. This was the very same tire whose tire had been replaced and the wheel mounted by the technician in my driveway on 9/4/23, not even a week earlier. The company has not shown an ounce of genuine concern since then despite my contact. The repair shop that completed the repairs wrote on the diagnostic that the root cause for the incident was due to the lug nuts being left loose from the tire installation. If you care about your safety, do not use this company."

"I can't say enough good things about my experience with I & I Mobile Tire Services today! I had a blow out on 85 South at Jimmy Cater Blvd. I called this company and someone arrived 34 minutes after I hung up the phone. I had a new tire on my car and was back on the road within 15 minutes of their arrival! And, it didn't cost a fortune. It was far cheaper than getting towed to a tire place. The gentleman who changed my tire was polite, professional, and articulate. Wonderful experience given a blow out!"
