"Given an estimate He won't return emails. I've accepted the estimate. Can't get any response. I see good reviews yet I can't get a response of when the work can be done. When speaking to him I explained to him I'm familiar with tpo material and roofing . It's not common for a professional to ignore a prospective customer even after acceptance of a estimate.
