"I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom that went to the basement! I was referred to Phoenix one from a friend and Phoenix one came the same day! They came prepared with 4 trucks full of equipment. They immediately started setting up dehumidifiers and hepa filters on all three floors and planned out the demolition process which they started on the very next morning. They were quick and efficient throughout the whole process. Sean and Jennifer were great to work with and made it clear about what needed to be done in order to get our house back to normal. They moved our furniture and even packed our clothes in boxes. They handled everything from plumbing to paint and everything in between. Anytime I had questions or concerns, Sean or Jennifer were able to answer with reassurance. Great communication and great people to work with! Thank you Phoenix one! 10/10 would recommend!"
