It was perfect timing for what I needed done..then came in 630 the night before to ask for appointment for wheel alignment after just purchasing tire not far away. Came in on Saturday at 1 out by 230. they can do better in answering the phone."

"The absolute WORST. For a luxury call dealership, this service center is terrible. It took them 3 weeks to fix my rims and a recall on the car, which should have taken 1 week at max. I had to continuously follow-up with them to get an update on the status of my car. They gave us a loaner, which is great, but then made us fill the loaner with gas, only to return my car on EMPTY. Unreal. I should have stuck with BMW."
