"Too overwhelmed to ever diagnose my item for 2 weeks even though I was told quick turn around. They did reimburse me when I retrieved my item after I decided the wait for diagnosis was too long. Lady at pick up was wonderful. Male enployee at intake asked me how much I'd be willing to spend on it to be fixed which I felt was poor business practice because I'm requesting an estimate and they could just say slightly under what I'm willing to pay for repair. Doubtful I'll return"

"This review is not based on any work performed and simply customer service and communication. I have been diligently trying to get my stereo serviced in making several calls and leaving voice messages. On one occasion, I was also told I would be contacted to bring the unit in which didn't happen but I didn't hold that against them. But today was the last draw for me. I spoke to Daniel yesterday and confirmed the unit would be brought today. I had someone pick up the very heavy and large unit from my home and drive all the way to the shop only for no one to be there. No one answered the phone! A total waste of time and completely unacceptable. Not sure what level of workmanship I could expect especially in this case when the communication is non existent. Thanks Daniel, I definitely will not be back or calling your shop again. If anyone can refer a RELIABLE stereo shop please let me know."

"I dropped off my church’s Yamaha MoXF in June. Called repeatedly, was promised a call back from the tech and never received that call. Picked up my church’s keyboard last week and after 3 months, there were no repairs done to the keyboard and no refund was issued for the bench fee even though clearly my keyboard never made it to the bench. As a business owner, I hate to disparage a business in this fashion, but that’s trash…If you’re going to give business to the highest bidders and ignore other paying customers just say that up front. Don’t have me waiting for 3 months. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where my time and money are valued going forward."

"Came highly recommended! I took my Warwick Hellborg amp in for repairs. When I brought it home it still wasn’t working right. I took it back and they moved it to first priority and only charged me for the cost of parts. They also gave me 15% off my next repair for the oversight. Everyone I met there was really kind. I would recommend them to anyone. Then again, anyone who uses a Steely Dan song for their tour video needs little more to be said. ;-P"
