"Steven H. was absolutely AMAZING!! I could not have hoped for a better person to come install my new toilet. He was professional, kind, informative, and you can tell he loves customer service!! We called at 2pm, and he was there at 4:00 ready to install our toilet! He not only installed our new toilet and hauled off our old one, but he was also explaining what he was doing and what to look for if something is wrong with a toilet!!
