"Wonder! This business is a 5, and it starts with a call. Polite, never pushing to sale a repair. Works with your schedule. You receive a text on the schedule date before and on the day with the name of your repair man. You receive a text when he is nearing your home. The repair man is friendly, wears covers on his shoe and respects you home. He is very educated and takes time to look and fix problems.Then explains it and what is needed before fixing it. No mess is left. No surprise cost. Yes! This business is a 5. I singed up for the every six month checkup because I can trust them."

"I've used Trinity Air for a major installation (ventilation and whole house dehumidifier) and for duct cleaning work and both times I had a great experience!! "We had our two air duct systems cleaned and the dryer vent. Wanted to say that Curtis the technician that came did an excellent job. He was very meticulous and methodical. It did take a long time to do the work, and it would have gone faster if he had someone to help clean the vents as he went along. But we were very happy with his work. After completing the maintenance check of the upstairs furnace, he discussed smart thermostat options with me; while doing so, he noticed a noise/sound coming from the attic furnace which concerned him. He paused our conversation to re-enter the attic to ensure there were no issues with the furnace. He could’ve easily ignored the sound and moved on to his next client…I appreciate that he didn’t!"
