"I cannot be more happy with the work done to repair the wood rot in my log cabin home. Earl and team were efficient, conscientious, and tidy. I have 100% confidence that this problem is fully resolved - and that if I have trouble anytime in the future, Earl will stand by his work. He even fixed a number of small annoyances for me while he was here and worked through crazy weather - always in good spirits. I am editing this review after 4 years because I have had myriad issues since I first posted. The logs were definitely replaced, but the company did NOT seal between the logs so I have major gaps between logs that were replaced. This has caused cold weather issues and hot weather issues. I also had to have the bottom log sealed because there was also a major gap there. I did try to call them after I started discovering the issue and received no call backs and no further help. I would recommend that you make sure that you check these things after work is completed and before you make a final payment."

"Windsor did some rotted log replacement for me a few years ago. They did an excellent job all around. As a part time resident they worked to my schedule over multiple weekends. There was a lot more damage than originally thought and they worked with me on the price to keep it reasonable. I would recommend Windsor to anyone that needs log replacement."

"The house I bought three years ago belonged to a contractor I don't know anything about his company name.. He had a guy working for him on Lemmon lane .Also there was a guy that lived on adina Dr .but sold out and went back to Florida.Thats all I know."
