"Ok it’s about as simple as it comes single older women has a leaking bathroom tub shower faucet calls this company for repairs brags on this company how they did a great job years ago the tech shows up a day later than what they had told her he took a look at the leak said it’s a bad shower valve he said it’s going to be 2300 to replace the valve and we will be back at 3 pm today with the parts and a helper elder woman agreed to the price and time to repair so around 3 two service technicians showed up and had the wrong parts and said well you’re going to have 3 holes in your tile where the old valve was because we didn’t get the right parts and now the supply house is closed so on the first visit the technician failed to do their job so when they came back they would have the correct parts to complete the job constantly trying to upsell the elderly woman while all of this is going on so bringing the wrong parts and telling the woman we’re going to bust out tile in your shower and there’s no guarantee it want be a bad hole and leak because we have the wrong parts were also going to leave 3 holes in your tile that will probably cause a leak when you take a shower so sad story of trying to rip off an elderly woman turn into they caped off the water lines for a super amount of money and they will be happy to bring the right parts next time and do the job. Understand the correct parts are available at all the local box stores and suppliers it’s a normal shower valve just a sad thing for a company that I trust and refer all the time to customer you guys should really get back to your old times of taking care of your customers"

Quality job of resealing one of the toilets in less than about 30 minutes, I think! Cory Hall arrived minutes after Micah to troubleshoot the furnace that stopped heating the evening before. Apparently, after changing the air filter, hitting the wires caused a disconnection. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in probably 10 minutes max! That was a tell-tale sign and reminder to us. It’s worth the investment to take advantage of the $49 Furnace Inspection (and plumbing)l. Regular maintenance of the FULL system saves you from paying excessively for PART by PART of the system breaking down over time."
