"NEVER REPAIRED & LOST MY PHONE: These guys told me they'd fix my phone Saturday Dec 2, 2023, came in to pick it up Sunday, not fixed, assured me it'd be done in 25mins. Came back Monday, not fixed and sales associates LOST MY PHONE, the phone numbers for the Managers they gave me went straight to voicemail. Tuesday Dec 5 2023, I'm going back to the store to play detective and hopefully locate my phone. You're better off getting your phone fixed somewhere else. ***UPDATE*** They found my phone and did fix the broken screen however, now I can’t hear calls unless I put it on speaker. I’m so tired of them I just accepted it and didn’t go back lol again I HIGHLY recommend you shop somewhere else besides this store."
"1st timer at Batteries Plus on Campbellton Rd and it was a Great one!! Very knowledgeable of their products and went the extra mile to get more info for me!! If you need a battery on this side of town go visit Mr Gardner and his staff. They’ll treat you right!!!"
"My wife and I visited the store on Cambelton road and Camp Creek Pkwy in the City of South Fulton. A young employee named Dan gave us excellent service that went far and above the ordinary. It was almost time for the store to close and he installed our car battery without complaint."
