"I had an issue with our Dyson corded vacuum and brought it by (after confirming they do repair work on Dysons!) and within 10 minutes they had the vacuum fixed and running like new. The lady that worked on our vacuum was excellent and refused payment, what might have seemed simple to her had stumped me for days. Service is excellent, they are very community friendly and while I hope I’m not a frequent customer, I absolutely would welcome the chance to get to work with Southeast Vacuum again!"

I explained what the issue was to the nice lady at the front desk, she was able to suggest a solution and it worked! "I have a Rainbow vacuum that I love. The floor wand broke, so I purchased another on ebay. It came with another Rainbow vacuum. I noticed that the ebay vacuum didn’t suck as good as mine. I brought it in and also the old floor wand to see if it could be repaired. Unfortunately, the vacuum needed a new motor and computer board. The cost would be too much. But they didn’t charge me a thing and put together my floor wand and told me I was missing some screws that I can do myself. I really appreciated they didn’t charge me for diagnostics like David’s vacuum does. I will bring all my vacuums here when needing a repair."
