"We called a service man out to fix our ice machine. They charged us 500$ and our ice machine is still not working!!!!!!!!!! Please do not tell me it’s my refrigerator!!! It is 3 years old! Updated review: they did come out and we found out we replaced an entire freezer that was not broke! The technician did not check the most non invasive element to the ice maker which is the water line that was frozen!! Now we have a brand new freezer that we did not need! It still does not work!!! Please these people do not stand by their 100% job done! Ha the job was not done, so how are you going to fix it? You got your money, I will never use you all again."
