"I Book service repair man showed on time fixed my dryer is not getting as hot as it did. I called them twice in a 2week time frame i was told repair man will contact me never got a call I wouldn't recommend if any follow issues no response that's needed."

"Technician did not show up AT ALL! Never called to say he was having car trouble...When I called the office, I was asked to reschedule for later that day (an additional 4 hour window of time)! Apparently, he was psychic and knew car trouble would magically be resolved by 4 pm that same day. When I asked about the fee, I was told there would be no compensation whatsoever and that my ONLY option was to cancel a service that the technician never showed up for in the first place!! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO I ADVISE THIS SERVICE!!"
"Didn't show up during scheduled window. Twenty minutes prior to the time window expiring for the tech to arrive, I called to confirm that he was still coming and was placed on hold and then disconnected. Repair tech then called and stated he was in route but stuck in traffic. Almost 3 hours later (2.25 hours outside of scheduled window), still no tech. Called and was told tech was still in traffic. Was also told that card would not be charged, but I see a pending hold on my account and a tech hasn't visited our property. Don't waste your time!"
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called to have them come out and repair my dryer in which they asked to secure a $59.95 deposit for the appointment. This was not to be charged until the repairs were completed. Also, I was advised that the deposit amount would be deducted from the repair cost. This company charged my card and then had the audacity to transfer my call several times when I called about this and a technician coming out then disconnected my call. BAD BUSINESS!"
