"I would be remiss if I did not take a moment to share the recent wonderful experience I had at Land Rover South Atlanta. From the moment I pulled into the bays I was greeted by warm faces and a calm & clean atmosphere. From that point they proceeded to meet and exceed my expectations. Not only was I able to get my fluids topped they were able to bring me straight in for an alignment. They also inspected my vehicle, did not make any outlandish recommendations, and kept me updated as they efficiently completed my service. Within the time they committed my car was serviced, washed and returned to me. The checkout process was also friendly and efficient. My past experiences at this facility had not been so favorable. The change in management and leadership has transformed this service facility. I will be brinigng my vehicles to them in the future. "I was scheduled for an oil change and other services that include a tire rotation package in the price. On the date of service the tire rotation was not completed and the only way I noticed is because I had recently bought 2 new tires for the front of my vehicle. Those two tires were still in place after the service was completed and paid for. How do we really know that the expensive service we pay for have really been completed? We should be able to trust the mechanics at luxury car dealerships that we purchase the vehicle from."
