"The bathrooms that were open were too far from the area our movie was located. They also sold us tickets to the wrong show time, which put us in the wrong theater. We realized it when the start time passed by and no movie started. We had to run, find out the correct room, and get there before we missed too much."
"4 EV chargers at this local. At one point, they were all full. I was seeing 2 movies and got an EV charger spot before the second movie. They have the old cloth seats. That is my only complaint with this theater. Other than that, it's a pretty standard AMC."
"It was hard to find our theater as they do not have the auditoriums labeled as to which movies are being played. We took our 2 year old to see Trolls. We went into the theater that had the trolls sign in front of it. We sat through previews that we thought were too mature for a kids movie, including a horror movie trailer, to realize we were in the wrong auditorium once the movie came on. We missed half of the movie we were supposed to see but luckily they had a second showing that we just made it to. Everything worked out but we had to leave the movie early because our 2 yr olds attention span was done by the time we finally got into the correct auditorium. There was a huge difference in the main auditorium and the 2nd auditorium we went into. The main one has leather seats, clean looking carpet, huge screen and amazing sound system. The auditorium Trolls was playing in seemed like it hadn't been updated since early 2000's. It had old cloth seats and the sound was ok compared to the other."
"We purchased tickets in advance for a pm show. No one checked our tickets or even blinked when we came back a few hours later and just walked into the theatre. I thought that was odd and rather unsafe. A few minutes later, about 20 teenagers sat down or didn't sit down, next to us. They were talking loudly, playing on phones and basically being rude a holes. We moved to the lower seats to get away from them. There was a guy in front of us all alone. It was very apparent he was talking to himself..a lot and loudly! It was too weird, and to make things worse, he kept playing with something in a plastic bag in his lap. I kept wondering how he got in the theatre with a plastic bag (like a Walmart type bag) when they have rules about bringing in outside food etc... Since they didn't check our tickets, they may not have checked anyone's tickets! After watching the guy for a while, we got super sketched out about what the guy was messing with in the bag while talking to his imaginary friend (definitely wasn't snacks). Between that and the disruptive kids behind us, we decided after 20 minutes into the movie to leave. I explained the situation to the worker behind the counter and was given a refund on my bank card. I was given a receipt for the refund. Problem is, the refund never appeared on my account, and now I have to deal with making calls to find out why. With the world we live in now a days, I would expect a movie theatre to have better security measures in place. It was very apparent that night, anyone could just walk in off the street and enter one of the theatres. No one was checking! To me, this is unsafe and unacceptable!"
"Nostalgic. It is nice to go "to the movies" instead of always streaming NETFLIX or etc. Ticket admission is only $10 for an adult. Plus, they have a deal where you can pay $15/month and be able to see 3 movies a week! It's not packed like it used to be back when I was a teenager. There is nothing like watching the big screen with a big bucket of popcorn and a coke. The staff are very respectful. The entire theater was clean. They also have 4 plug up units out in the parking lot for electric cars like TESLAS. Great way to spend your time while waiting for your battery to charge up....right! Let's try to bring the ambiance of the MOVIES back for our youth. It used to be such a magical place as we all can remember... I'm sure. Kasey"
