"We purchased a refrigerator in February of 2022 and two weeks ago it died and we had someone come out paid 78 dollars for them to say it’s the compressor and 1600 or 1800 dollars. For that buy a new fridge. Called whirlpool and they sent someone else out on Monday paid 138 dollars just to tell them the same thing. Called this Monday for an update and nothing still waiting on an email. It’s sad that things are not made like they use to be and lack of communication. With thanksgiving three weeks away is unreal. Sad to say this will be my last whirlpool purchase Thanks Heather Lorenzo"
