"I requested they paint a car and gave them money to begin the process. They wouldn't answer my phone's call for three months. Eventually, I had someone go by this location sent they were told that someone requested the car not be painted as it was supposed to be picked up. Who asked this? When? They wouldn't respond to texts for those three months either. It's not entirely horrible customer service as it is lack of personal values. Go to another place - don't risk dealing with this body shop."
