"Had our car towed to 411 Auto Repair for a quote to get transmission repaired. After 8+ days, cost would be $4400. Wanted second opinion so had car towed to Superiors Auto down the road and it was literally a switch needing replaced for the transmission $146. Is this incompetence or laziness? Looks like both but mostly greed."
"I took my 2010 F150 to get the rotors turned I was charged $50 since I don't live far from the shop I didn't notice until the next. Morning that my rotors hadn't been turned properly.i decided to take to another mechanic I was told that it looks as if their machine was either messed up and only turn my rotors once now they are all scratched up. The job was never finished but yet still charged me ."
