"Went here to get a walk-in tour. The leasing office call box didn’t answer my call to let me in. Proceeded to walk through the front entrance and waited for a few minutes for one of the two men to come out of their fully glass window offices to greet me but they never did. I went back to my car because I forgot my ID and came back inside where they remained talking in their office not once taking the time to greet me or tell me they’ll be with me in a minute. After waiting another 5 minutes I walked out. It wasn’t until I was outside and looked back at them once more before one of them even decided to make eye contact with me. Terrible first impression and I have a feeling if I ever did live here and had concerns regarding the building they would ignore my request quite like they did today."

"I love living at Osprey! The location is amazing and the views from the building are magnificent. Keri in the leasing office was a great help during my transition here from Boston! She is also very welcoming every time I interact with her. I highly recommend living here"

"My partner and I have been living here for a year and it has been the worst apartment that I have experienced. The apartment below us often (every week or two) blasts music so loud that it vibrates our floors and we can hear it from one story above in the early ams of the morning. We have a 24 hour security, who we have called, but says when he knocks they don't answer so there's nothing he can do. So we have brought up this concern to management, who has repeatedly said they would talk to the residents and possibly remove them, since there had been multiple complaints from multiple other residents about them, but ultimately did not follow up on any of those assurances. As others have noted, elevators and doors are constantly broken, sometimes making it so only one elevator or one door is available to get into the apartment, which is a living hazard. This place is also incredibly unsafe and management refuses to take any action. My partner had a gun pulled on him right outside the lobby because the man wanted to get let inside our apartment even though he didn't live there and my partner refused to let him in. We filed a police report and the police informed us that Osprey has not been cooperative with them as they've responded to multiple car break ins in the apartment garage and Osprey has refused to give footage to them unless they came in with a warrant. With how many break ins and now gun violence around here, it seems Osprey does not want to help and actually actively impedes the efforts to make it safer. Lastly, because of the above experiences we've had, we were told by the leasing office that it may be possible for us to break the lease early without fees but once we actually followed up on this matter with the new manager, he said it would need to be escalated to their legal team and upper management and did not want to do that for our case. The only good thing about this place has been the leasing agent Keri, who has been kind and responsive to us, hence the 1 star. But because of all of the other above points, I would strongly recommend any prospective residents to please look elsewhere. You will not be safe, heard, or happy living here."

"Chronic car garage break in problem. This video is exemplary of most mornings. Your guests are required to PAY to park in retail. Your guest can’t park in the resident garage. Management only blames the independent lot owner instead of aggressively partnering to protect residents and their guests’ personal belongings."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE Run as fast as you can away from here. This place is a disaster and has gone down the drain since moving in two years ago. The new Equity management is terrible and they do not manage the building or keep it clean or safe. There have been shootings, and numerous car breakins. The overrall conditions of the complex are terrible and you can see for yourself in pictures. I had black mold from a leak in my shower that they could never fix and had to move me to a different apartment. Additionally the entire place smells like weed and cigarette smoke and has ruined all of my clothes and furniture. People have no respect for the building and leave trash and apartment items all over the garage. Then the leasing office sends threatening emails without ever corroborating issues. And, if you are really lucky, you get to deal with their predatory booting man named Frank that will harass you and your guests even if you have a parking pass. You can tell the place has gone down hill because the rents are 30% cheaper than when I moved in. There is better and safer places nearby. Go there!"
