Eddie was my leasing consultant and he, along with the rest of the amazing staff, have been helpful and accommodating since day one. Would definitely recommend!"

"If you are wondering if you should, the answer is yes, a million times! I came across Modera Midtown at a time when I was truly seeking to move and Eddie from the leasing office made this experience and process a beautiful one. Everyone was so welcoming, even the concierge and the current tenants made me feel welcomed and the community is incredibly lovely. He showed me around and I fell in love their modern interior and community while simultaneously finding my dream apartment/home. He expressed to me what was needed, all of the requirements and I never felt so at home, they truly make you feel like family. Beautiful establishment, heartwarming team, beautiful home. I hit the lottery with this one and I am forever grateful."

"My husband and I have lived at Moderna for several years. We briefly moved to another city but came back to Modera when we returned to Atlanta. One of the managers, Eddie is the best! He’s super responsive when we have any questions and is always willing to help. We decided to move to a larger apartment and he was very patient ( I'm picky and indecisive) professional and thorough through the entire process. The amenities are great- there are several lounging areas and gathering spots that are absolutely beautiful. Thanks again, Eddie for making sure we have a great experience at Modera Midtown"

"Modera Midtown is amazing! I just so happen to be in the area, and I went in there for a quick tour of one of the 1 bedroom, and I loved it!! Eddie Raymond was so helpful, and he knew everything I needed to know about the property. I would recommend him if anyone were thinking about touring, he was great!"

"I really enjoyed my time at modera. It was a very comfortable stay, the apartment itself was very nice and new and was extremely clean when I moved in. Management is pretty responsive. Only minor complaint is that sometimes there is a bit of wait for the elevators especially since I live on higher floors, but the max I’ve waited is maybe 10 minutes? And I’ve also seen roaches in some common areas. But overall I’d still recommend this place!"
