"Larry Thomas came to my house when I called and looked at my tub that I wanted replaced. He told me I could get it refurbished for far less and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. He referred me to a business that is going to make my old tub look brand new for $800. I did not even know this was an option. The tub refurbisher man told me the old tubs are better quality than the new tubs and refurbishing the old tub will extend its life by 25 years. Larry Thomas then took the time to look at my house and advise us on the best way to handle the rust problem in our water system. I learned that getting on city water may not solve the problem if our pipes were causing the rust. He even took the time to get water from the well so we could determine if the rust was coming from the well. He looked at our pipes and determined they were galvanized steel, noting the rust could be coming from the pipes, so our problem may not be solved with getting city water and we would only have another bill. He would not take any money for coming to Bristol from Clarksville to assess our situation and did a very thorough evaluation of our water system. I would highly recommend Mr. Thomas for plumbing services. His advice saved me thousands in replacing a tub and getting on city water, without charging me a dime!"

"The most unprofessional and petty plumbing company in Calhoun and surrounding counties. Whatever you do don’t use them!! They had our plumbing coming up in the closet and hallway instead of bathrooms. They then had to bust up our foundation to fix there screw up. They also installed very expensive valves in our showers that we had no clue about. Then they refused to come back out and finish the job so we had to fire them and hire a real plumber. If you have any plumbing needs call KC & Son they actually care about there customers and there quality of work."

"Invoiced us for products never received. Sent a intent to put a lien on our home but never received all the products we are being charged for! Had to bust up our foundation because they put our toilets in the walls and our kitchen sink they missed by at least 4 ft. Horrible customer service horrible work. This is just a small portion of the horrible service given. Delayed our plumbing by 3 weeks forgot to place order on products then said he was gonna start on a certain date didn’t start and his words were “what’s a few more days.”"
