"I took an advance cake decorating class at Sammie's Sweetz place and it was a enjoyable experience. She has patience, and took her time to explain and demonstrated different techniques. I was given the freedom to choose which colors, designs, and also to arrange the flowers for the 2-tier cake. Her cake was soft and moist, not too sweet but dense enough for a sweet treat. I would recommend her classes to anyone for learning or relearning their basic decorating skills or her workshops. No complaints :)"
