"A beautiful complex that has apartments and duplexes. The landscaping is beautiful and the environment is very family oriented and peaceful. There is a playground and a salt water pool. A gym, splash pad, and theatre room are currently in the works of being set up. Management and maintenance are the best you could ask for. This is a wonderful place for a family to call home."

"In all seriousness they need to replace the property manager jessie asap. You can never catch her in office and when you do call you will never get a response. The 1 time I did catch her she acted as as if she did not want to be bothered. I swear I think she truly hates her job lol and is just there for an paycheck not reliable at all with answers or questions."

"My daughter was supposed to move into Apex Apartments on 6/15 after having an initial delay communicated by property manager, Jessie. She was moving from Florida after graduating from college and starting her career. Her first day of work was also 6/15. The morning of 6/15 came and she showed up to pick up her key with her personal belongings in her car. The only person on the property was a maintenance worker. When she called the number listed it said it was to the Regional manager. She said the property would not be ready until 7/1! There my 22 year old daughter was…alone…with her belongings…with no place to live…needing to start her job…in another state! I called the Regional manager panicked for my child and did not even receive the courtesy of a call back. After three days of looking for a new place to live by Google and FaceTime, between two states (her in GA and me in FL), while she stayed in a hotel, we found a place for her to live. Since then my daughter has had to request a refund of her $1000 security deposit multiple times. It typically takes days for a response to her texts. She was told by Jessie it was mailed almost two weeks ago. As of today it has still not been received. I hope this review gets the attention of every person working for or owning this company and everyone thinking of living here. I would never recommend anyone live here nor would I ever want to have employees like the property manager and regional manager. Their complete lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism is nothing short of disgusting."

"When first moving into Apex I thought I was getting the best of the best. What was months and months of delays became a rush of occupancy. Nothing was completely fixed the property manager Jessie was no where around to hear or deal with my issues. My personal dryer was damaged due to development issues. I didn’t even know who or what the property manager looked liked till 3 months after being told to tell all the issues to the contractor. After steady dealing with issues and lack of communication on property issues. I only got answers when I reached out to the regional manager. If Jesse is supposed to be the property manager for Apex her professionalism, lack of communication and availability falls short of what I feel a manager should be. As for the place a lot of work is still needed and the neighbors are all caring and welcoming. My duplex is still having small issues but nothing that the contractors aren’t working overtime to fix."
