"Rooms is misnomer, RV space is accurate. Price matches others, pad met needs for a night, spaces were maybe 20x60, but any time waste needs to dump uphill is a big negative. Only way to fix is add 6" to pad heights"

"We contacted Gail the mgr from this website. We were homeless for almost 6 months. With an old travel trailer, we rolled in after dark. Gail met with us, while my friend set up the trailer and helped us clean it out a bit. Gail said we could meet the next day to pay. Which we did. My hubby has Alzheimer’s and i have health problems, We have been here a little over 2 weeks and Gail has been great shes helped me with my car when the battery was dead, she and another guy living here helped with covering my roof where there was holes in the roof. All in all Gail and the staff and other ppl living here have been great. The only problem i have whichbisnt their fault is I have dogs and they love being outside. But can only be out while being walked. I would recommend this place to anyone."
"Good for one night stay. Strange place. The manager works out of her golf cart. I stayed in May of this year. $20 cash only. Before arriving we actually made reservations for one week. After looking at the situation we stayed only one night and got the hell out of Dodge! If your a Harley bike fan, there is a nice Harley store up the road or walking distance."
