"Do not rent an apartment here. During the year and a half my husband lived here, there were constant issues with leaks, mold, and bugs that management never properly addressed. They did not seem to care that we were good tenants who paid our rent on time every month. They just wanted the cheapest option possible that would result in us having to call them yet again a month or so later. While we lived there, they also tried to institute home inspections and parking agreements that were not in anyone’s original lease. The real kicker though was when we moved out. Despite going above and beyond to clean the apartment and trying to take better care of it than they did, they still did not return our full security deposit. They withheld nearly $200 for an acid wash of the tub when the tub was in pristine condition. I have a video of the condition it was left in, and on the walkthrough they performed when the keys were handed over, they seemed satisfied with the tub. My husband continued to communicate with them for the next 30+ days as they were late sending us our deposit check, and not once during any of those conversations did they mention anything was being withheld for the tub. The management and ownership of this complex is cheap and crooked. I do not recommend them to anyone."

"Just moved out after living here for two years and I can not say enough good things about the complex as far as a place to live goes. The apartment manager and maintenance man are two of the nicest human beings I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The complex is very centrally located and not far from anything in town. The only thing that made this 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of any amenities at the complex. There is no pool, fitness center, etc. I will say that for the price I could not see anywhere better to live. My 3 be 2ba unit had been remodeled shortly before I moved in and I enjoyed living there."
