"I lived there for a year. And they did nothing but collect rent. I had a thieving property manager that didn’t care. Until so got fired. There is mold everywhere window seals and their plumbing is horrible. They very fix anything. They owner don’t ever come down all he and his family care About is money. They don’t care about the tenants. It is June I’ve moved out of there last month and have still yet to receive my deposit check back. I have two kids that place ain’t healthy for kids. There are drug dealers there. The maintenance man and his wife sale drugs and Illegal pharmaceuticals out of their house and the land Lord know but don’t care if you know what I mean. I recommend they be torn down."
"The property manager is scum. There is fecal matter in the sink water and the manager knows about it. They also know that drugs are being manufactured and sold throughout the complex. The police will not come through this complex, that says a lot."
