"Do not deal with these people. They don’t care about you at all. Thanks to Eugene Witherspoon and his complete screw up of a “remodel” I’m stuck in a house that is literally falling in on me and my family. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars just trying to make this place safe for my kids and the MAJOR problems just keep appearing. They knocked out a wall to make it and open floor but did absolutely nothing to keep the roof from falling in. It’s pulled done so much that it is picking the kitchen wall up off the foundation. Not to mention the flooding issues with the master bedroom. Two months into to owning this place and the bedroom had ankle deep water in it from a little rain storm. Then the “new roof” they put on it was leaking and destroyed the ceiling in our living room. I’ve hade to hire people to re wrap the a/c ducts because the insulation was trash. I just noticed that to master bedroom (again) has no insulation in it to keep the heat from the attic out of the walls so now every wall needs ripped out to fix it. The ceiling is buckled everywhere in that room from the same issue. This is our first house and key south absolutely screwed us. They picked the home inspector for us who said “this house is perfect” who then wouldn’t answer his phone when we started having problems. We later found out the home inspector is married to someone who works at key south and this guy had no construction back ground at all. Long story short, stay as far away from these people as you can"
