Grand Park Apartments

"Do not move here. No car wash station, pool was shutdown August of 2023 because it was not working right, dog park floods-attempted to fix it, did not. Hallways are disgusting at all levels, interior looks like it was done by a 5 year old, my dishwasher did not work when I moved in, and now they have construction going on at 5:00am for two new buildings, kinda sucks if you work a night shift. Management always threatening to tow cars without decals....never happens. Kids on playground never supervised and loud at times at night....some tenants do not have respect for others."

"I fully agree with the user who inquired about the EV chargers at Grand Park and I would like to say I fully agree, and am glad that suggestions for this have already started. I am coming over to stay with one of the residents and/or possibly be renting at grand park sometime later this year for a year or two. I am pleased to know that there is a possibility of a charging station available at Grand Park, as I drive a Tesla and hardly have any charging options."

"I do like my apartment. I love the colors and the high ceilings. I do see light shining in my doors around the edges. When I moved in I had a leak under my kitchen sink and a leak in the ceiling in my master bathroom. These issues were repaired promptly. I do have a lot of disappointments. The hallway outside my door looks awful. They need to be repainted and kept clean. The grounds are not being maintained right. The plants are dying. There are lots of weeds and not enough pine straw. I’m disappointed with the dog park. It’s like a pond. There is supposed to be a pet walking service that I haven’t seen yet. The pools were not being kept clean. They were closed in August because of pump issues. Residents and people that don’t live here were being allowed to abuse the pool. The front entrance was not being locked and people were coming in and out as they pleased. This is still happening. The pool was being used at midnight and later. I really miss the pool right now. There are no cabanas that were promised. People are speeding in the parking lot. The mailroom isn’t monitored so anyone can get your packages. There has also been some odd smells around here. I know others have smelled it also. I really was hoping for a lot better since I’m paying for all of this. I know there is new management now and they will address all of these problems in a timely manner. Please take care of these problems."

"Grand Park Luxury Home Apartment have been and continue to be disappointing. Residents were promised an extraordinary apartment community with meticulous groomed grounds with resort living amenities. I am sorry to report the grounds look bad with weeds growing all in the beds. Many plants are drying due to lack of pine straw to hold moisture. The saltwater pool closed August 23 and will be closed until next summer. The cabanas were never built, nice Weber grills cannot be used due to missing grill plates. There is not a car wash station nor a club house. The mail room looks like a dirty walk in closet and the dog park might as well be a drainage pond. Hallways and apartments flood during hard rain storms. The building construction is very poor; the luxury’s plank flooring is a stamped linoleum. The apartment trim is cheap particle board which is yellowing due to water damage. The trim looks as though it was installed by amateurs. The entrance doors in my apartment are improperly installed; you can see light shining all down the side and across the top. The apartments were painted with a cheap flat paint and the work is very poor. The security gates remain open all day; they are closed at 5 PM; however they do not open or close properly. The gate should only stay open 1 minute, but these stay open so several cars can enter. You do not need to be a resident to gain access to the property. Just wait until someone enters and you can easily go through the gate. Valor Trash!!! WHAT’s THAT. The staff is less than professional. Emails sent to residents are poorly written and often have a chastening tone. I am very sorry I moved to the complex due to Hugh disappointment and frustration. I cannot recommend this complex to anyone."

"I cannot recommend living here. High crime activity, and my door was unlocked twice while I was not home! The app that is supposed to notify me did not! This was confirmed when maintenance opened the lock and again no notification. I feel like I signed a lease on luxury living and received a bait and switch. I waited over a year and a half, and became homeless as a result while I was told constantly “it should be ready next month”. I finally get in and my place needed so many repairs, I discovered the amenities I was promised were never fulfilled. Even security cameras are not working! State of the art mail room is a joke, and I had a package stolen so I had to rent a P.O. Box. In Aug they closed our only amenity our pool! The hallways are covered in spiders, webs and egg sacks. When my toilet was clogged with sand (yes sand) it took 5 days to have anyone come. All my waterlines had sand in them. And so far I’m more fortunate than many who have water leaks and mold. My dream apartment is anything but. The only good thing I have to say is the new maintenance guy is caring, fast, and knowledgeable!"
