"Under new management this place is horrible. The new property manager Tony Ferguson is not tentant friendly at all. Never in the office and the way the rent is being handled now is unfair to the residents. Having to pay extra money to have our rental payments received. It's bad enough that the apartments on the inside needs to be updated but the appliances are broken. This is not what you want."

"The pool is never open!! If you want to use it stay near the door. It's a rare moment to watch the gate open. The children are not allowed to play outside without an adult supervising. Even your grown ones. no battery powered toys are permitted. The children may ride a bike or scooter in a designated square. No playing with chalk. Nothing besides two chairs.. and a table are to be on your porch. No being too loud at the pool when it's open because you will ruin it for everyone. . My parked car gets scratched and dented at least twice a week from careless drivers.you never see the community out and about LIVING. EVERYONE IS DOOMED TO A STRICT STAY INSIDE TO YOUR SELF AND DONT COME WITH PROBLEMS ORA. There is a ever pouring pond behind the door first unit . . And the exercise room is strictly for looks!"
