"I lived at Pinecrest for 1 year and had a great experience. Julie is in charge of the apartments and she does a great job keeping the grounds nice, responding in a timely manner and making sure problems get fixed immediately. My washing machine leaked all over my laundry room floor once and within an hour maintenance man was there to help clean it for me! The apartments are nice and spacious and very affordable."

"Every person is different. Mrs. Julie is sweet. One of the things why I refer people to stay there great price. I stayed at Pinecrest for a few years had no problems, no complaints at all. Until this happened. I had to end my contract due to my job moving to Texas. I provided documentation to end the lease as requested by Mrs. Julie. I was leaving on the 5th of the month she wanted to charge me $600 just for that one day. As I was going to speak with her. Her husband stated that she was asleep and cannot be bothered. I informed him I had to leave the same day and I cant wait. He stated that she would call. Never got a call back. Which I thought was okay she waived it. Well a few days later. I received notification from a realtor she stated that I left the house damaged. Which I was not aware of or informed by her at all. I recommend that you take pictures of the place when you arrive there and email it to yourself so that you can have the date and time and when you leave take another image of it and again email it to yourself. Every persons experience is different, I hope you don't go through this at all."
