THIS IS CRAZY I JUST WANT MY APARTMENT IM HAVING TO DO BACKFLIPS AND FRONT FLIPS FOR YOU GUYS TO COOPERATE RIDICULOUSNESS AND STUPIDY AT ITS FINEST!!!!"

"I TRULY wish I could give this place 0 stars. We have not had maintenance staff for the last 2 years. We had an issue a year ago with leaks in the apartment that turned into a mold problem. After contacting the office several times, contacting corporate and xode enforcement, it took 3 months for them to fix the leak and another 3 months to fix the mold issue. Now here we are 1 year later and BOOM same issue. Air conditioning did not work, after 2 weeks they finally sent someone to actually fix it when they had been telling us they were sending people the whole time. Lies. Air condition fixed and now we have a leak. I have been calling the leasing office daily, going by the office during office hours, you can clearly see the car outside, yet the office is closed. It's been a week and a half, still have not heard from anyone. At this point water is leaking into our hallway, in my daughter's closet(the floor is squishy wet. What's next mold. AGAIN), and in the linen closet. This property does NOT uphold their own lease as they are responsible for fixing these things. Especially something that can cause mold. But how can they with no maintenance men, nor office staff? DO NOT MOVE HERE. RUNNNNNNNNNNNNN"

"This place it not great at all me an my mother have been calling to the office for a long time about leakages in our closet and uninvited guess they need something a lot stronger to get those things out. No one at the office is helping out and we need maintenance I would love corporation number to give my complaints"

"I have driven my grandkids to this apartment complex at least 3 times and every time we are there they always say YES GRANDMA! This is a very nice property and every time I have been there we felt very safe and felt the comfort of home. So, I am submitting application in the morning to start the process. We hope to be tenants really soon."

"I lived at these apartments for over a year and had a wonderful experience. Any time I needed something, the staff was there and communicated with me. I never had an issues at all. Renee at the front office always responded quickly and took care of everything. I highly recommend this location for anyone who is looking for housing in the Albany Ga area. It's safe and clean and we really enjoyed our time here."
