"This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. You will not get any maintenance work done if You put in a request. Linda is very rude and disrespectful. She tows cars without warning. She sit behind the office door and dont answer. It reeks of smoke near the door. Bugs are in these units. It’s disgusting. I Dont not recommend! 0 stars if i could! They also delete reviews so i’ll post it on all social sites for apts"

"I loved my apartment but hated the management. Linda NEVER let us talk to the head landlords. She was sooo sweet starting off but then, she turned for the worse. The older maintenance man were black, he helped me more than she did. She also wanted all the black workers to stop working as maintenance and replaced them with white workers. The black maintance men always told me how they were treated unfairly by her and worked the hardest. She never picked up the phone. When I was pregnant, I stayed with my parents for a little while, and still payed rent. She memorized numbers. So I would have to drive a hour to the location to pay rent every month because she knew my number, saw me calling, and never picked up! I even saw where she was sitting in the office one day and never picked up. Linda is nasty, racist and the main reason I moved out. I LOVE my apartment because it was renovated and sooo pretty, especially for that nice rent price. But Linda was a headache. I would love my apartment back but not with Linda there and not without having a way to get in touch with a higher up. And NOT the judge that is her friend. She always brag about “a judge” here in Albany that she is friends with. That judge also is against everybody she brings to the court room. To see the viral tiktok, I know that tenant is not lying."

"Only reason I gave a 1 star review is because I had to so I can post review, Zero stars from me! Racial profiling, illegal towing of a tenants vehicle, mold in apartment & STILL request are being ignored! Linda is racist & calls grown African American MAN a BOY! A tenants car was towed shortly after making a complaint. New management has not made Windsor any better. Now Reviews are being taken down by the office because this Linda lady is being exposed for the racist person she is & because the truth about is being told. What ever happened to fair equal housing rights for ALL PEOPLE!"

"Went to check out the apartments to rent a unit. Linda the office manager was not welcoming AT ALL! She rushed my husband and myself through the tour. She was very short with us. I feel that as soon as she saw my hubby and myself her attitude changed. We are both college educated with nice incomes so I don’t know why she treated us this way. I advise everyone to stay away from this apartment! I have a feeling that the apartments have issues with people of color! Just a horrible energy!"

"new management has been in place, but I do not believe things are getting better. The new owner has illegally towed a residents car and racially profiles them on the regular. Do not rent an apartment here. She is deleting negative reviews about this situation, do not trust a single 5star review they get. Criminal."
