"I have lived here for 4 years. Cant get anything fixed cant get a call back from the office. Neither pool has been operational for 2 years. The list goes on. They have maintenance guys that halfway fix the job. Either because they don’t know how to fix it or don’t care."
"I suggest you apply somewhere else, if you’re looking to move this year, they have several apartments available… yet They never answer the phone or they answer it and hang up on me..Usually when people apply fior an apartment it’s because they’re looking for a somewhere to live….Thank God I can afford a hotel while I wait! I hope they get some new office staff in there that actually care about people."
"This place isn’t even deserving of 1 star. By far, THE worst experience I have ever had at an apartment complex. I moved here in October 2020 and let me tell you, IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!!! There were repairs that needed to be done since day 1. It wasn’t until we had to call Code Enforcement and Code Enforcement had to visit TWICE before any repairs were done. Our air conditioner is currently not working. It was supposed to be fixed on Friday. It is now Monday and it still has not been fixed. The lady that works in the Main Office will look you straight in your face and tell you a lie so don’t trust anything that comes out of her mouth. I could go on and on and on with other issues we’ve had but honestly this place isn’t deserving of any more of my precious time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!! Hope this helps."
"I lived in these apartments from January to July and from day one there was problems, the hot water heater did not work, called maintance and they literally fixed with tape, wrek later no AC because of a leak they came out and worked on it for 2 days, during which my husband told them the tape from the hot water heater repair was melting and that they needed to cover the wires, with wire nuts not tape. AC worked for 2 weeks, then called out again still leaking freon and now causing a water leak in the apartment, which required 2 buckets be emptied everywhere day. Different repair said he would return to fix it but never did. During covid no one in the office and no one answered the phones and mail box full so unable to leave message. While working on concrete outside a pipe broke causing a flood in my apartment, and backlog into bathtubs again no one to contact, when i finally did see someone in the office I was told if I wasn't happy I could leave, after I paid my rent on time. When asked if I would get my rent prorated and my deposite back, no answer. I was there for a 6 month contract for work and couldn't easily move, and they knew this, the problem with the AC only got worse my electric bill was 250.00 a month, only told too bad, mold got so bad, I started to write reviews with pictures, and finally someone came only to have to cut out parts of the wall and use fans to dry out apt. I cleaned apt. better than when I moved in, it was spotless I moved before my lease was up, with rent paid in full, I was told my deposite would be given back in 2 weeks due to the situation, however its been 2 months, now I had to file a small claims suit against this company. Horrible company."
"I am very disappointed and feel deceived by this apartment. The agent was nice but was misled. I am a traveler nurse with a contract at a local hospital in COVID-19 crisis. I made arrangements for a short-term lease online and over the phone. They sent me photos and videos. I paid a deposit and prorated amount only to arrive there and found a dead beat broken and nasty apartment with back door that would not close. The photos showed nothing about the nasty commode, moist broken plywood inside the apartment, exposed electric outlets...just to name a few. I declined the apartment. They are giving me various stories about my refund. Is this the way to treat people in business? One star is for the agent's customer service skill and I don't think she is solely responsible for what is happening."
