"If you decide to use this company be sure to get your quote in writing. Mike came by the residence to do a quote and gave me one price, then by the time the work was completed the invoice was $100 higher. When asked where did the extra $100 came from he did the oldest trick in the book, blame the customer for misunderstanding. I didn't have time to argue so I just paid it. I was told he would be back in 2 weeks to cut the lawn as I was told $200 a month and he would come out twice a month. Let's just say it's been a month and I've yet to see Mike or receive a call and I refuse to reach out. For someone who says he's been doing this for 15 years, he still has some work to do."

"I think my first indication that I should have found someone else to do the work I needed is when Mike scheduled to come out on Friday, July 1st at 10AM. He did send a text advising that he was running late. After about 2hrs later I texted him to ask if he was still coming by and he stated that he needed to reschedule. As a business the customer should not have to ask this, you should be in contact with the customer to let them know that things have changed. He did reschedule and ended up coming out on Tuesday, July 5th. The job was to remove the pine straw that was left behind from the 5 pine trees that I had cut down. We discussed that the area where the tree stump was grinded if the roots weren't grinded he wouldn't be able to get the area completely flat. I totally understood this. After the job was complete and I came out to view the work before paying $500, I saw that he cracked my drive way with his bobcat and left dirt all throughout the yard. Actually, my yard looked better prior to him removing the mound with the pine straw and wood chips. After pointing out my concerns he became very combative and said that my drive was already cracked. I did have cracks in my driveway from the roots from the tree but you can clearly see from the pictures that the cracks I was speaking of were fresh cracks. He claimed he took pictures of the driveway prior to starting and when I asked to see them, he never showed them to me. It's very unprofessional to become combative when a customer has pointed out damage that was clearly just done. How you thought it was fair for you to leave mud spread all over my yard when it wasn't that way when you arrived, I will never understand that either. I definitely would not use their services ever again and would not recommend him to anyone. Update to the Response: Mike we stood in my front yard for well over 15 minutes and I asked you to show me where my driveway was freshly cracked prior to you working. You did not pull up one photo. You admitted that you were wrong I paid you the agreed upon price and you left. I never denied that my driveway didn't have pre-existing cracks from the large pine tree that was cut down. I was specifically pointing out the fresh damage that occurred with your bobcat. If you're going to be an upstanding business owner, be honest in everything that you do."

"This was one of the best decisions I've made in regards to lawn care. Firstly setting a time and date for them to come out was super simple and fast too. I called and then they were out the very next day which I was extremely grateful for since my lawn was quite literally out of control. Secondly the service itself was impeccable. My backyard was overgrown with 2-3 foot high weeds and their team was able to handle it AND the front yard in around 30 minutes or less. Lastly the care they put into making sure everything looked great in the end was truly the icing on the cake for me. I had only asked for a simple mow and they also took it upon themselves to clean up the edges of the lawn and blow all the debris from the road as well. Extremely reasonable pricing too! I can't recommend them enough, seriously, if you're in the area and need a reliable team of hardworking people to call on.. Mike's Do It All Services are the people to get it done right."
