"We got new maintenance men by the names of Tuck and Nate i issued a service call and the same day literally less the 10 minutes came and resolved my issues. And working on getting another request submitted and adjusted. This is literally the quickest maintenance fix I’ve had done since living here. I hope they keep this effort and the respect was at an all time high. Thank you"
"I called about a 3 bedroom and spoke to the leasing agent Dawn Endresen. She was so helpful and went over and beyond all my expectations. I have called about apartments in the past and they either didn't answer the phone or were rather rude but not Dawn. She is so amazing and your lucky to have her. "We just got our keys today Miss Dawn & Miss Jessica are literally EVERYTHING!! They both made the process so easy, they were/are so polite and caring. When I felt overwhelmed they reassured me everything would work out fine and it did. The apartment is very spacious and everything we needed with a new baby on the way. "You would be hard pressed to find a better landlord than Jessica. When thinking of a landlord, the words "conscientious," "considerate" and "helpful" do not always come to mind. But Jessica is all of those things. She will go above and beyond to ensure apartments are in pristine condition. Jessica cares about the integrity of her buildings. I had barely any issues when I lived in my apartment; and more importantly, when I did, they were swiftly resolved. She also went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met when it came to anything. She is extremely reasonable and will make every effort to ensure that you are happy in your space. Not to mention the buildings - they are NICE. I searched for months and could not find anything as well kept. I will be sorry to say goodbye to it. If you are looking for a charming apartment with a hands-on landlord, you cannot find a better one."
