"My parents (the Ezell family) had water damage to their home and had to reside in the Hilton for over 6months. My father, while staying their became very ill, and the staff was the best. Those months were emotionally hard, but the entire staff went over and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable and my dad was as well. The hotel went from being just a place to stay while their home was getting remodeled to a vacation home. Months later, after my parents left, my father passed, and when they found out, they immediately reached out and even sent a card and a beautiful flower. This type of service can't be duplicated it only comes by great leadership and employees who really love their careers in hotel hospitality. I highly recommend the Hilton not because it is a great hotel but because it is an atmosphere of people who love what they do and that put their guest first!!"
"We just finished a conference at Hilton and I absolutely cannot say enough about the amazing Staff. Peggy and her whole staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. Highly recommend see you next year Peggy."
"Reception staff friendly & helpful. Room clean and comfortable. The problem was with breakfast. We pre-paid the premium price for breakfast. We arrived about 7:30 a.m. We weren’t greeted. Never asked if we wanted coffee or juice. Were handed a plastic utensil package each. The hot buffet was tepid. The cold buffet had no fruit in the bowl & not replenished the entire time we were sitting. The muffins & bagels were not fresh. We have had wonderful experiences in many HGIs. This was disappointing and when I mentioned it to the staff as we checked out I was met with complete disinterest! Very disappointing!!"
"Great service and clean. We attended my 40th Warner Robins High School Reunion here. The catered food and service was great. The hotel.was accommodating to us staying after hours and visiting with friends."
"We stayed here 2 nights while celebrating a family event. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were large, clean with very comfortable beds. The shower was outstanding with great water pressure. Breakfast was great. Coffee was delicious. We would definitely stay here again."
