The front office is very attentive and helpful and they care and pay attention to everything you could think of. They are absolutely amazing. Chatham Parke is very clean, quiet, and it feels like home. I’ve lived here for two years and not one moment have I regretted living here. The floor plans are very spacious and put together perfectly. This is the closest you will come to apartment living that feels like you’re in a house. Maintenance is on top of their game and within the two years living here, I’ve only had one maintenance repair that was needed and it was fixed the same day. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could, but thank you Chatham Parke."

"I lived in this beautiful apartment complex for a little over three years, and I truly cannot say one bad thing about this complex! From day one to the very last day, the administration was extremely supportive in ensuring a seamless living experience. Location is perfect with it being in the heart of all the food/entertainment and located close to Robins AFB and just miles away from the freeway. The apartment itself is extremely nice and spacious, and with it being a relatively new build, I experienced virtually no issues. Overall, 10/10 recommend Chatham Parke for anyone looking to move to the Warner Robins area!"

"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I lived in Chatham Parke for almost 3 years and loved it. Scarlett and Joyce work hard to keep the complex beautifully maintained and instantly respond to maintenance requests. More than that, though, they treat you like family, not like a tenant. The apartments are very well built, tastefully decorated, spacious, secure (it is gated), and the amenities are wonderful (the pool is amazing with fountains, the clubhouse is a showplace). It’s by far the finest apartment complex I’ve lived in at Lexington, Macon, or Warner Robins. If you are looking for a luxury apartment, call Scarlett and Joyce!"
