"The unit I rented from 2016 to 2023 was a dump. I had bug and black mold problems. The top of the windows would fall and rain would leak inside. Maintenance didn’t do their job. The tree that fell on my apartment from the tornado was a blessing. I found a better more reasonable place. They should tear this place down"
"Overpriced and under kept before the storm, but at least it's less crowded. I had to fix the closest door myself that wasn fake fixed for unspection and the safty rail up the stairs wasn't anchored and has been waiting for someone to come fix it along with the closet door, for months prior to the storm. Nice roomy apartment but bedroomb is up two set of stairs with a hazardous hand rail."
