"If I could give negative stars I would. Room was used and abused, they let us check in knowing they had no hot water with out disclosing that! We're in our room for 2 hrs before discovering no hot water, went to front desk to inform them, and was told not just our room but whole hotel was with out hot water and had been for 5 days, no hot water because hot water pump broke and they were waiting for new one to be delivered... Should of told us at check in but they didn't . Then would compensate us at all, finally after getting almost irate we got $30 dollars off our $100, rude disrespectful manager, never been treated that way!! Do not stay here I mean RUN AS FAST AS I CAN. It's a transiate hotel. People staying weeks months at time and longer."

"It was a great visit. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I even left something there went back, and they gave it back to me with no problems. I would definitely recommend it for a little visit."

"While staff/management is super friendly, I asked for non-smoking but ended up with an ashtray, cigarette burns on the blanket and a light smell of cigarettes in the room. It was apparent that freshener had been used to stifle the smell. Floor (laminates) were so dirty that walking barefoot to the shower I left black footprints in the shower after stepping in. They were booked full so I kept the room as it was very late."

"For $120, im beyond dissatisfied.... The rooms are very dirty. It is a kind of dirty that should be unacceptable for anyone who does cleaning as a profession. If you're not a professional cleaner, it shows. There's stained bedding, dirty handprints on the walls, dirty floors, and the bathroom was dirty, EVERYWHERE!! The beds were uncomfortable. The entire place is run by addicts, which probably aren't being paid fairly due to them living there.... I would not expect anything more than what I got."

"I love reading these reviews! No breakfast, lol! Reading is fundamental y'all! So my crew is dirty, ok! We do new construction landscaping. We choose Red Roof because we know we're not going to get charged for leaving some Georgia Red Clay on the floor! We love the housekeepers! They always make sure we have everything we need! No, there's no breakfast, but plenty of coffee! (Waffle house right across the street) This is a local hotel in a country city, that serves it's purpose! Don't let the reviews fool ya! Oh and if you plan on checking in late, ole Ms Red will definitely get you taken care of and see to it that your stay is pleasant! They don't have customer service like hers where we from!"
