Briarcliff Summit Apartments

"Horrible and unsafe place to live. Management does not pay attention to security or sanitation. Exterior doors constantly propped open and vagrants wander into the building and roam the halls."

"May 8, 2021 I have lived here for 20 years. I am 68 years old. This Apartment complex is for Senior Citizen's 62 and up including people with Disabilities. Every apartment complex has it's up's and down's. Due to the Covid 19 virus we are having complications. Now, that the state has opened it's court system back up we can remove the residents causing problems. The residents play a big part in the safety of this building."

"I called in to ask for a apartment application in they told me that they would send me a application in they didn't send it. So I called back again in they told me I needed to write in a address to receive a application so I did that on last Tuesday which was May 27 in this girl name Shantell tells me she hasn't received anything In I know for a fact it doesn't take this long for them to receive a letter in the mail its done been 4-5 days I think this young lady is lying to me in she has a bad attitude I don't see how tenants here in these apartments or anyone that calls there can put up with her she needs to change her attitude if she wants to work in the business arena or get fired one."

"I am disabled and live here now. I think it's going to be REAL NICE and you can't beat the RENT for the LOCATION ! They are totally renovating each Apartment with everything = Laminate wood floors, all new appliances, new central air in every unit. I downloaded some pictures , can you tell which ones are before and which ones are after ? LOL"
