Nasty & when one have a issue the other one will also give you the same attitude NO WORK ORDERS FILLED AT ALL THE INSPECTOR DAREALLIA DONT CHECK FOR ANY ISSUES YOU WILL BE CALLING ALL YEAR TO GET STUFF REPAIRED DONT CALL TO MANY TIME THEY WILL EVENTUALLY GET NASTY WITH YOU I LIVE HERE I KNOW FACTS THESE APARTMENTS ARE WORTH LIVING BUT THE PPL ARE SO RUDE THE YOUNG MAN IN THE OFFICE IS MORE NICER AN UNDERSTANDING SO FAR"

"1The staff is very lazy. 2They don't do emergencies.(even though they say in a emergency call, I think if your frige is out/and central air it's emergency period. 3 The little young Chick disrespectful as h.. 4 it takes months before they repair anything they say they have to order it it never gets done 5 Lesson should have Not renewed this lease Period"

"Do not move over here I repeat do not move over here I am a current resident the only reason I'm still over here is cause I'm waiting on my lease to be up. Don't get me wrong nice apartments and they are quiet except for the apartments next to us they be shooting sometimes and you hope you don't have to deal with a stray bullet but my biggest problem over here is management. She does inspections in your apartment all the time and you never know when she coming so if you like your privacy don't move over here cause you won't have none. The manager is super rude it don't make no sense, they have stray pitbulls running in and around the apartment all the time and the office refuses to do anything about it I be afraid to walk my daughter to the bus stop in the morning the dogs are dangerous and have chased residents over here before I walk to get my daughter off the bus and I also have a 3 month old I stand by the leasing office to keep my baby out the sun she told me to move from by the leasing office and stand in the sun with my baby and that I wasn't allowed to wait in the leasing office either it was 90 degrees outside at the time. She has had some many complaints they removed her for while sent her to some class and she was right back over here."

"I have lived here for 3 years. I've had a few issues; which were corrected. Living in an apartment complex, you anticipate of having some issues; however, I can say that all of mine were resolved in a timely manner. The staff is polite and very helpful. The property is well maintained and quiet."

"I had been approved and waiting for 6 weeks for a unit to be available the second week of Aug. But today because I decided to ask for corporate number my application was canceled by the property manager who told me "to go find somewhere else to live" because she didn't know why I wanted to speak to corporate, even though I had no prior contact with them and I really didn't have an issue just wanted the number. She told me she spoke to corporate and they approved her decision. So even though I was approved back in June and had been waiting every since thinking I'd be moving in in two weeks, I'm back on the hunt because I asked for coporate number."
