"My daughter live there right now they don’t fix nothing it’s been 3 or 4 months since she’s lived there without access to her mailbox they keep giving her mailbox keys that they know don’t work. Her mailbox has been left wide-open. It’s been for maybe two weeks now without no service. And Saturday she had a rat not a house mouse a street rat in her cabinet. She pay $15 a month for pest control.and nobody came yet And it’s been 3 days"

"I've lived here for about 3 years and in the last few months things have really changed. Maintenance has gotten better, the area has become much safer and new management are friendly and very helpful. Laura, Maritza and Vanessa and the rest of the staff at the leasing office were able to solve my unit issues in a matter of days or less whereas previous management would not even bother. I give this place 5 stars if you're looking to live in Atlanta and still be just 10 minutes away from everything the city has to offer. Great management, nice units and only a few minutes from the highway."

"The fact that, at present, Rio At Lenox has almost 4 stars is laughable. It’s even more gullible that their 1 bed room prices range from 1300 to 1500 is proof that even the low end apartment communities are getting in on the price gauging we’ve seen in these last few years. This apartment complex isn’t a place that any one should willing choose to live but rather a place that one would opt to live in as a last and I mean LAST resort."
